The growing demand for innovative cybersecurity solutions was clearly demonstrated at it-sa 2024, where synaforce and its partner TEHTRIS presented a customized solution for managed service providers (MSPs). The new TEHTRIS XDR AI PLATFORM enables MSPs to offer their customers a comprehensive, NIS2-compliant security solution, supported by the powerful AI “CYBERIA”. As a hosting partner, synaforce takes over the secure processing of sensitive customer data in certified data centers within the EU and at the same time offers comprehensive support.

According to a representative study by the digital association Bitkom, eight out of ten companies in Germany have been affected by at least one targeted cyberattack on their IT systems, end devices or production facilities in the past twelve months. The attack methods used are becoming increasingly complex and are often already based on AI. It is therefore a major challenge for managed service providers to ensure the comprehensive protection of their customers' infrastructures.

To support MSPs here with an intelligent solution, synaforce, provider of highly specialized data center and cloud solutions as well as IT services, and TEHTRIS, publisher of the TEHTRIS XDR AI PLATFORM, which automatically detects cyber sabotage and cyber espionage, have joined forces. Their Extended Detection and Response (XDR) platform is specifically tailored to the needs of MSPs and enables them to offer customers proactive security functions that detect, analyze and neutralize threats in real time without having to invest in expensive IT infrastructures or specialist personnel themselves. Hosting takes place in certified data centers within the EU.

Added value for MSPs

The TEHTRIS XDR AI PLATFORM monitors all endpoints, networks and cloud services in real time. All functions can be efficiently controlled via a central dashboard. The system quickly identifies security-relevant events and initiates appropriate countermeasures. AI is used in combination with Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR).

The AI “CYBERIA” independently analyzes every potential incident and makes precise decisions to eliminate threats immediately - without human intervention, which saves MSPs human resources. By using neural networks and deep learning, the system even recognizes previously unknown and complex attacks. The advanced technology processes all data streams, identifies irregularities and enables an immediate response to threats.

Where human intervention is required to defend against threats, the experts from TEHTRIS' own SOC come into play. The Managed Detection & Response offering gives MSPs access to proactive threat hunting services tailored to the needs of their customers. This enables them to comprehensively protect IT systems against even complex offensive threats without having to deploy their own staff.

synaforce and TEHTRIS guarantee flexibility and compliance

The TEHTRIS XDR AI PLATFORM has a modular structure and can be flexibly adapted to the specific needs of each customer. All modules are provided uniformly by TEHTRIS as the sole provider. The solution also meets new regulatory requirements such as NIS2 and guarantees data protection compliance in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation. All customer data is processed exclusively in highly secure, BSI C5-certified data centers within the EU.

“Managed service providers today rely on intelligent, efficient and NIS2-compliant solutions to ensure the cybersecurity of their customers. With the XDR platform, synaforce and TEHTRIS offer MSPs a scalable solution that guarantees the highest security standards and optimally protects their customers from threats. At the same time, the TEHTRIS XDR AI PLATFORM enables MSPs to expand their portfolio of offerings and open up new business opportunities,” says Andreas Braidt, Co-CEO of synaforce.

“Our partnership with TEHTRIS enables us to continuously develop our offering and be prepared for upcoming challenges in cybersecurity. This gives our customers the certainty that our solutions are always state of the art and meet all regulatory requirements.”
