Since 1992, the Hartl Group has been serving customers across Europe with experience and know-how and has developed into one of Germany's leading IT service providers and created a modern data centre network. Customers benefit from strong consulting and professional full managed service providing for their individual transformation project. Now we are taking the bold step into a successful future and joining forces for a new era of data-driven technologies and services.
Together with Hartl Group GmbH, abakus it Service GmbH, ITecon GmbH and ITecon Financial IT-Service GmbH, we form a new overall brand, Synaforce. In the course of this, Hartl Group GmbH renames itself synaforce GmbH and accordingly operates under the new name synaforce GmbH from now on. As universal successor, the new company takes over all rights and obligations of the individual partners.
The aim of the merger is to profitably combine the experience, knowledge and expertise of the individual partner companies in order to expand the range of services and to provide our customers with the best possible support on their path to digital transformation through 360-degree services. Synaforce operates throughout Germany and offers support in the areas of data centres, managed services, cloud and software solutions.
Combining our resources enables us to operate more efficiently in the market, expand our product portfolio and thus open up new business opportunities. This strengthens our overall market position to ensure our long-term success. Our customers will benefit from improved structures and processes as well as the concentrated know-how of Synaforce.
