synaforce expands full-service offerings for heterogeneous network and server structures

synaforce, which emerged in 2023 from highly specialized regional providers of innovative IT services and data center solutions, is growing and expanding its expertise with LANx. As of July 20, the Munich-based company will become part of synaforce and strengthen its expertise and service offering in the disciplines of cloud services, managed hosting and IT security.

In addition to the locations in Hofkirchen, Mainz, Hamburg and Waldburg, synaforce is now also present in the Bavarian capital. The LANx solution portfolio enables synaforce to offer and expand additional consulting and implementation competencies in the areas of private and public cloud, i.e. virtual servers, IaaS, cloud backup and recovery BaaS, in particular. In addition to cloud services expertise, LANx brings versatile skills in Microsoft and Linux server support and consulting to synaforce.

"Synaforce customers and partners will benefit in the future from an even broader range of consulting services and even more expertise in future-proof data management," explains synaforce CEO Peter Hartl. "LANx ideally complements our 360° services around managed services. Together with our new colleagues, we will be even broader in our support and IT security offerings in the synaforce family."

"With the reinforcement by LANx, we are further expanding our service portfolio for the conception and realization of digital transformation projects and growing to more than 100 employees," CTO Tobias Lehner is also pleased and adds: "With this, we are gaining both a renowned and successful IT and managed service provider and very committed and competent colleagues."

LANx has been developing and implementing digitization strategies and IT services for SMEs, for example from the healthcare, automotive and media industries, as well as universities, for more than 20 years. Long-time CEO Jean-Michel Chaloupek, who built up the company and successfully established it in the market, describes the merger into synaforce for himself and the company "as a win-win, as strong individual companies are combining under the new brand to form a strategically sensible partnership in an absolute growth market - and doing so at eye level and with sympathy." His designated successor, Manuel Münch, adds:

"With our strong focus on cloud services, we as a new family member optimally expand the existing 360° portfolio of synaforce. Our highly specialized teams of administrators and consultants look forward to working together to develop innovative services and outstanding solutions for our customers."

The successful merger was initiated by the Munich-based investment company Afinum, which has supported synaforce's sustainable growth strategy as a service provider from the very beginning.
