Purchase and integration of Shyann Networks
In January 2024, the Hamburg-based cloud provider Shyann Networks joined synaforce. With over 20 years of experience and strong expertise in all-in-one cloud solutions, Shyann strengthens the offering in the areas of Cloud Workplace, IaaS and SaaS hosting. Companies in the healthcare, finance and critical infrastructure (KRITIS) sectors in particular benefit from the combined expertise.
Thanks to the successful integration of Shyann Networks, synaforce can now offer even better end-to-end solutions that are individually tailored to the requirements of specialized industries. With locations in Hamburg and beyond, synaforce is not only expanding its own geographical reach, but also the precision and scalability of the solutions deployed.
Successful integration of LANx
Another significant milestone was the integration of LANx, which was completed in July 2024. The company brings more than two decades of experience in IT services and digitalization strategies. synaforce thus gains an expanded service portfolio in the areas of private and public cloud, IaaS as well as cloud backup and recovery in addition to the new location in Munich.
The company also brings valuable expertise in support and consulting for Microsoft and Linux servers. Customers benefit from an even broader range of consulting services and future-proof solutions that are specially tailored to the requirements of small and medium-sized companies.

synaforce has significantly expanded its technical expertise through the targeted acquisition and integration of strategic aquisitions, Shyann Networks and LANx. More than 100 employees now form a motivated team that offers highly specialized and secure IT services as well as innovative cloud solutions.
