The management of synaforce, provider and expert in the provision of modern data centre solutions, is pleased to report on an exceptionally successful 2023 and provides insights into its strategic goals for 2024.

 Partnership with the eco Association

The most recent highlight of this year was the membership signed in December to strengthen our relationship with the eco Association. This partnership, which is explained in more detail in the interview with COO/Co-CEO Andreas Braidt, marks another milestone in our strategy to be a leader in digital transformation.

Review of the year 2023: Growth and innovation

2023 was both the year synaforce was founded and a year of dynamic growth. We rapidly established and expanded our nationwide presence through successful mergers and expansion in our core and project business and positioned synaforce as a brand. We are particularly proud of the further development of our 360-degree IT portfolio with an even stronger focus on AI and cloud solutions and revolutionary new data centre technologies with the highest security and sustainability standards.

A decisive factor in our success was the record-breaking integration of our employees into new, agile team structures across all locations. This enabled us to turn individual companies with 5 to 35 employees into a scalable structure for far more than 200 employees in a legal organisation, which offers our customers even faster and more efficient reaction times and more individual solution options.

synaforce CMO Hannes Beierlein expresses his satisfaction with the developments: "The specialisation, teamwork and energy behind our new brand are exceptional. This dynamism is reflected in every aspect of our services."

Outlook for 2024: expansion and focussing

In 2024, synaforce will continue to focus on cloud computing, cyber security, AI and, in particular, the digitalisation of business processes. A particular focus will be on hybrid worlds in order to make IT operations sustainable, secure, cost-efficient and dynamic, especially in the CRITIS sector.

We will prioritise further expansion through acquisitions and partnerships at synaforce in order to further strengthen our already successful market position. We will focus specifically on expanding our expertise and know-how in the key areas of performance and security.

Our strategy is characterised by the integration and standardisation of our corporate processes. We are striving for advanced optimisation in the integration of companies in order to continuously improve efficiency and uniformity. At the same time, our expertise in AI and open source as well as in dealing with public cloud services, particularly hyperscalers, will be deepened through targeted acquisitions of specialised companies. To this end, we are continuing to invest in energy-efficient solutions, for which various tests are already being carried out with liquid cooling and other modern data centre technologies in order to further optimise the PUE.

Effective strategies for maximum data security

We will continue to focus on innovative solutions in the field of digitalisation in combination with strategic consulting and operational measures to support companies from critical infrastructure sectors (KRITIS) and the healthcare industry, the financial, insurance and IT sectors, retail and public institutions in their digital transformation and increase their efficiency. We will also take concrete steps to become active in Switzerland and Austria and consolidate our position in existing and new markets.

Andreas Braidt, Co-CEO of synaforce, emphasises the importance of working together in a spirit of partnership and trust: "More than 100 employees across our five locations as well as strong alliances and strategic partnerships are the backbone of our success. We are highly motivated to continue expanding our portfolio of expertise and solutions and to grow together with our teams and partners."
