To ensure this, the company is currently planning an expanded corporate benefits programme, which will bundle the diverse offers and measures.

Corporate Benefits Programme for the diverse support of all employees  

In the course of Synaforce's continuous development as a company, we are therefore expanding our own corporate benefits programme. A corporate benefits programme is currently in the planning stage, which will centrally bundle and expand Synaforce's diverse offers and measures for all employees, thus opening up entirely new possibilities for employees in the future. These include flexible working models, fitness offers and team-building events as well as a comprehensive onboarding and mentoring programme. 

Due to the expansion of the workforce at all Synaforce locations, it is necessary to quickly integrate new members of the organisation into teams and structures. In addition, all employees must be able to cope with the increased demands and new services that arise as the company develops. The expanded career opportunities and training programmes therefore ensure that employees can continuously improve their skills and competences and advance their individual careers.
