Synaforce as a partner company: Membership in the support association of the EDP schools Plattling

Synaforce invests in the future and, as a partner company, takes on a membership in the support association of the EDP schools in Plattling. 

For a successful digital future, synaforce not only focuses on the necessary technologies and the further development of systems and services, but also has its eye on the next generation of specialists! In order to promote the specialist training of young people with a focus on digitalisation and IT management, synaforce, with its headquarters in Hofkirchen, has therefore also been involved monetarily since October 2023 as a new member of the support association of the IT schools in Plattling. 

"The promotion of young talent from the region is very close to our hearts as synaforce. This gives us much-needed know-how and allows us to pass on our philosophy as a regionally connected but globally active high-end data centre solutions provider directly to the next generation," says Andreas Braidt, CEO of synaforce.  

One of the goals of the sponsorship is also to support the institution, which is also known as a talent factory for computer scientists, in the further development of its educational offerings, both ideally and materially in the future. 

The connection between synaforce and the IT school, which was founded in 1987 and has around 180 students, from which IT specialists for system integration and IT specialists for application development emerge, has so far been based primarily on idealistic exchange in the form of special events, for example, which were combined with a visit to the synaforce computer centre and expert discussions and were specially organised for the students. 

"We at synaforce are pleased when curricula for prospective computer scientists are designed to be practical as well as broad and deep. That's why we are very happy to support the successful concept of the Plattlinger EDV-Schulen, which offers a lot of practice in addition to theory," adds synaforce's people&culture manager Beate Hartl.
