In the course of the merger, Hartl Group GmbH will first be renamed and become Synaforce GmbH, which will assume all rights and obligations of the individual partner companies. Since 1992, the Hartl Group, headquartered in Hofkirchen, has been offering its customers and partners innovative solutions in its modern, award-winning data centers as a leading IT service provider. Together with partners from all over Germany, the company's own services, offerings and products are now to be expanded in order to support even more companies on their individual path to digital transformation in the future.
Support through comprehensive know-how in security solutions
Already in April of this year, abakus IT Service GmbH, a leading specialist in the security of data, processes and systems, joined the Hartl Group. For 55 years now, abakus it Service GmbH, based in Waldburg, Baden-Württemberg, has been offering comprehensive solutions regarding the secure and legally compliant processing, storage and archiving of company data.
The close cooperation with the Hartl Group, which has existed in the form of AF Cloud GmbH since August 2022, thus finds its completion under the umbrella of the new Synaforce brand. Both partners profitably combine their competencies in data processing and connectivity here. Their customers thus benefit from expanded expertise and new services.
Expertise in assessment and consulting of complex customer projects
In June 2023, the connection with another IT specialist is pending. Trikom GmbH will then also become part of the Hartl Group and, in perspective, strengthen Synaforce GmbH with its competencies. These lie primarily in the area of manufacturer-independent consulting in the planning and implementation of complex IT and network projects. The Hamburg-based IT service provider Trikom has particular expertise in developing and setting up in-house on-premises data center structures. Within Synaforce, Trikom's experts thus contribute their experience in evaluating and assessing customers' individual requirements and needs, as well as their know-how in targeted and comprehensive consulting.
IT services for banks, insurers and other industries
ITecon GmbH and its subsidiary ITecon Financial IT Services GmbH are among the leading providers of software solutions with extensive know-how and numerous customers from the finance, banking, insurance, energy and healthcare industries. In its own data center, MRZ-Mainz, ITecon provides comprehensive services for its customers, from modern cloud solutions to managed services. In this way, the IT service provider has been offering customized solutions for the digital transformation of its customers for more than 20 years. For its part, ITecon Financial IT Services GmbH provides banks and financial service providers with modern software solutions, primarily for the operation of ATMs.
Both companies will become part of Synaforce GmbH on January 1, 2024, thus expanding the product portfolio as well as the customer base and business opportunities of the high-end data center solutions provider.
