Now we are taking the bold step into a successful future and joining forces for a new era of data-driven technologies and services. 

Together with Hartl Group GmbH, abakus it Service GmbH, Trikom GmbH and ITecon GmbH, we are forming a new overall brand, Synaforce. In the course of this, ITecon Financial IT-Service GmbH merges with Hartl Group GmbH, which from now on operates under the new name synaforce GmbH. As universal successor, the new company takes over all rights and obligations of the individual partners.

The aim of the merger is to profitably combine the experience, knowledge and expertise of the individual partner companies in order to expand the range of services and to provide our customers with the best possible support on their path to digital transformation through 360-degree services. Synaforce operates throughout Germany and offers support in the areas of data centres, managed services, cloud and software solutions.
