Cloud solutions & customer contact - Ricardo's everyday IT life
Whether it's a simple user query such as “My mouse isn't working” or a large-scale project such as migrating on-premises systems to the cloud, Ricardo loves versatility. His day usually starts in the morning with a daily team meeting - after which he gets straight down to work. Depending on the project, he works in the office, remotely or directly at the customer's site.
He is particularly interested in cloud infrastructure - an area that he became very familiar with during his time at the former Shyann Networks GmbH. “Cloud fascinates me because it offers us so many new possibilities - from efficiency to scalability,” explains Ricardo. No wonder he wants to specialize in this area in the long term.
Technology at work - and soccer after work
Team spirit is also very important to Ricardo after work: he switches off and recharges his batteries by playing soccer with friends. In the colder months, he swaps the pitch for the pool table - or takes to the stove himself. Because cooking is his second passion.
